Job Description
We are seeking a Sr Loan Officer to be responsible for soliciting mortgage loans, assisting customers in selecting loan programs, and completing loan applications.
Requirements
- 5+ years of mortgage sales and mortgage loan origination experience
- Mortgage Loan Originators license with NMLS
- Working knowledge of applicable laws and regulations related to mortgage lending
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- Excellent telephone etiquette skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Able to work under sometimes stressful conditions while maintaining professionalism and enthusiasm
- Able to operate personal computers to include MS Word, Excel and Internet
- Able to work independently and exercise sound judgement
- Able to sit for long periods of time while process loan applications and making phone solicitations
- Able to travel locally
