SWBC is seeking a Vice President Collections to oversee collections operations, manage client relationships, and drive product enhancements. The role involves overseeing front-line collections processes, leading and developing collections personnel, and partnering with internal teams to meet client requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in Collections Management, ideally within the credit union or banking sectors.
- Extensive background in people leadership, account management, performance analysis, and product ownership at an executive level.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong analytical capabilities with expertise in performance analysis tools and methodologies.
- Demonstrated success in managing large client portfolios, driving product improvements, and achieving outstanding results.
- Highly collaborative team player with proven team-building and leadership abilities.
- Able to travel locally and/or nationally.
