Job Description
SweetRush is a remote organization that offers an exciting opportunity for a talented professional to join their Marketing team as an Account Based Marketing Specialist. The role involves driving targeted demand generation and accelerating commercial growth within valuable accounts. The ideal candidate should have experience in B2B Marketing, specifically in Account-Based Marketing and/or demand generation, with a strong understanding of B2B service company marketing strategies and buyer journeys.
Requirements
- Develop and execute ABM and demand generation campaigns targeting the L&D industry
- Partner with Sales and Marketing Leadership to identify and prioritize target accounts and buyer personas
- Measure campaign performance and analyze results to optimize tactics
- Support alignment between Marketing and Sales teams
- Maintain and manage campaign data within CRM systems
