Swickard Auto Group is seeking a General Manager to oversee all operations and ensure profitability, customer satisfaction, and compliance. Responsibilities include financial management, sales & customer service, human management, compliance, and marketing strategies.
Requirements
- Demonstrate a high “HQ” (Hospitality Quotient) consisting of kindness & optimism, intellectual curiosity, work ethic, empathy, self-awareness, and integrity.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience as a General Sales Manager or 3+ years as a General Manager at a franchise dealership with a track record of success.
- Strong Dealership Operations Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of sales, service, F&I, and parts departments.
- Financial Management Skills: Ability to analyze financial data, manage budgets, and drive profitability.
- Sales Leadership Expertise: Proven ability to lead and motivate a sales team to achieve targets.
- Customer Service Focus: Commitment to providing excellent customer service and building relationships.
