Swickard Auto Group is seeking a General Manager to oversee dealership operations, profitability, and customer satisfaction. The role requires strong leadership, business acumen, and an understanding of the automotive industry. Responsibilities include financial performance management, sales operations, customer service, human resource management, compliance, and marketing.

Requirements

• Demonstrates a high ‘HQ’ (Hospitality Quotient) consisting of kindness & optimism, intellectual curiosity, work ethic, empathy, self-awareness, and integrity.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a General Sales Manager or 3+ years as a General Manager at a franchise dealership with a track record of success.
• Certifications in automotive management or sales a plus.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and negotiation abilities.
• Strong financial acumen and analytical skills.
