Payroll Analyst

Swickard Auto Group is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Payroll Analyst to join their finance team. The Payroll Analyst will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll, compliance with relevant regulations, and providing support for various payroll-related inquiries.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business: Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in payroll processing or related field
• Strong understanding of payroll laws, regulations, and best practices
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy while working with large amounts of data
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Paylocity HRIS experience preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Intermediate in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
• Multi-state payroll experience preferred
