Swickard Auto Group is seeking a Service Manager for its Portland Area dealership. The role involves overseeing all service aspects of the department, ensuring excellent customer service, efficient operations, and profitability. Responsibilities include managing technicians, reviewing performance, controlling costs, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Requirements

• Demonstrates high ‘HQ’ (Hospitality Quotient) with kindness, optimism, and strong leadership skills.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive service management.
• Valid driver's license.
• Knowledge of Reynolds & Reynolds DMS preferred.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in automotive repair and maintenance procedures.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
