IT Manager

Swift Solar is seeking an IT Manager to join their mission to unlock the full potential of solar energy. The IT Manager will be responsible for running the full scope of Swift IT, including onboarding and offboarding, device management, incident response, and system upgrades, while also enforcing security measures and building the infrastructure foundation for future manufacturing sites.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on ownership experience running company IT and cybersecurity operations in a fast-growing environment
• Experience with multi-site networking and the complexity that comes with managing distributed infrastructure
• Deep experience with identity, endpoint, admin, backup, and access-control systems
• Experience with AI tools in daily workflow
• Ability to work fluidly with leadership, vendors, and non-technical operators alike
