Preconstruction Manager

Management, coordination, and delivery of preconstruction phases of projects, providing technical leadership and expertise in mass timber construction. Responsible for feasibility studies, cost analysis, constructability reviews, and project risk management.

Requirements

• Engineering, Construction Management or Architectural degree, or equivalent experience
• 5-8 years of field construction experience, including supervisory skills
• Leadership ability
• Effective interpersonal skills
• Problem-solving ability
• Strong sense of urgency
• Drafting and computer skills
• Fundamental knowledge of contract law and project accounting
• Thorough understanding of project management control systems
