Preconstruction Manager

Perform management and leadership responsibilities for the Preconstruction and Estimating departments, lead a team to accomplish contract requirements, and deliver preconstruction services to clients from project inception to construction start. Lead value engineering and value enhancement efforts, coordinate with the Estimating department, and ensure accurate and timely bid submissions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Technology, Architecture or similar field of study
• 3-10 years of construction experience
• Valid driver license with ability to travel to regional offices
• Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship
