Job Description
Senior Director of Preconstruction will lead and manage the preconstruction and estimating team, provide preconstruction services to clients, and deliver preconstruction services on all assigned projects while maintaining Wohlsen preconstruction practices and standards.
Requirements
- Management of the preconstruction and estimating team
- Regularly monitor success, efficiency and accuracy of the department’s budgets, bids and GMP’s
- Evaluate risk on projects when department is preparing bids or GMPs and ensure pricing is developed in a way to ensure costs are covered and the project can be profitable
