Requirements

• Excellent leadership skills
• Professional experience in IT security or penetration testing
• Strong technical understanding
• Certifications such as OSCP / OSWP / OSCE / OSEE / OSWE are an advantage
• Motivated, creative, and open personality with a cooperative, team-oriented, and solution-oriented way of working
• Active networking and very good communication skills in German and English
