Quality Assurance Business Analyst - ST

The QA Business Analyst ensures development work is accurate and meets business needs. They review business-facing assets, interact with stakeholders, and collaborate with technical teams. The role also involves supporting intake and requirement discovery, creating internal documentation, and facilitating discussions with end users and clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology or related field
• 3+ years experience in a business analyst role
• 2+ years consecutive, hands-on IT project experience
• Demonstrated skills and knowledge of databases and report development
• Competency using JIRA or similar work management software
• Demonstrated ability to write basic SQL queries
• Attention to detail and ability to work across functions
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize work within time constraints
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills
• Strong relationship-building and customer service skills
• Expertise creating and documenting test cases
• Expertise with both Waterfall and Agile development methodologies
• Expertise working with a visualization platform
• Demonstrated competency using Microsoft Office Suite
