Job Description
The Quality Assurance & Process Analyst plays a key role in enhancing our operations by connecting the dots between quality assurance, business requirement analysis, and operational excellence. This position involves ensuring the quality of our software and business processes, spotting opportunities for improvements, and collaborating across teams to eliminate inefficiencies and bring undocumented processes into the light.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in quality assurance, testing, business analysis, or process improvement
- Demonstrated experience in at least two of the following areas: software testing and QA, requirements analysis, business process analysis, or process improvement initiatives
- Experience with working in cross-functional team environments that involve multiple stakeholders
- Familiarity with Agile or iterative development environments
