Job Description
SWIVEL seeks a Senior Software Engineer to develop and maintain SaaS solutions and core internal integrations, working within self-organized teams and mentoring developers. The role involves building technology to solve complex problems, participating in Agile delivery teams, and learning new technologies in cloud-native development.
Requirements
- Build systems to interface with SWIVEL clientele
- Automate processes to improve efficiency
- Build tools to eliminate repetitive tasks
- Participate in self-organizing teams working toward a common goal
- Respond to issues as they arise and product support teams to run issues to ground
- Work with product partners to understand requirements and goals
- Prepare wireframes and mock-ups for proposed designs
- Conduct peer reviews to ensure that development and security standards are enforced
- Guide and mentor junior and mid-level developers on the team
- Perform all other duties as assigned
