Job Description
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) will participate as an integral part of the multidisciplinary care team, providing total patient care, and assisting the physician with necessary procedures and examinations.
Requirements
- High School Graduate
- Successful completion of Practical Nursing course from an accredited Technical School
- Current State Licensure
- Current BLS/IV Certification
- CEU’s or equivalent contact hours for re-licensure or re-certification
- Maintain a professional attitude under pressure
- Employ correct grammatical English and write legibly in order to complete appropriate paperwork
- Present a professional image and be able to maintain the highest level of quality patient and community relations in representing the foundation
