Patient Access Registrar - School Based Clinic - Lafayette Renaissance Charter Middle School

The Patient Access Registrar is responsible for greeting incoming patients and visitors with excellent customer service, distributing and collecting necessary paperwork, and entering accurate demographics and insurance information.

Requirements

• High school graduate
• Certification as Medical Office Assistant and/or Medical Assistant
• Previous experience in a medical or dental office setting
• Understanding of Medicare/Medicaid and insurance plans
• Strong customer service experience
