Project Manager, Professional Services

We're looking for a Project Manager to join our Professional Services team. As a Project Manager at Swoogo, you'll work on impactful client projects, collaborate with a global team, and help scale a growing Professional Services function. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, proactive, and passionate about event technology solutions, with a natural curiosity for leveraging AI tools to work smarter and optimize their day-to-day.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of project management experience or equivalent, delivering complex client-facing projects
• 3+ years in SaaS (service delivery or solutions) with hands-on client engagement
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills—effective both in-person and virtually, at all levels
• Experience managing large-scale and/or enterprise-level event technology implementations
• Success working in cross-functional, globally distributed teams; international experience preferred
• Solid technical vocabulary in website development, frameworks, and languages
• Exceptional attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving ability
• Self-motivated, independent, and skilled at managing multiple priorities and timelines
• Leveraged AI tools to streamline workflows and improve day-to-day efficiency
