Requirements
- 5 or more years of experience working with enterprise customers with technical, cloud-based solutions as a services, onboarding, or implementation project manager or equivalent role.
- Ability to manage complex projects with large enterprise customers
- Proven experience managing customers through challenging situations by finding solutions and workarounds
- Ability to manage multiple engagements in parallel
- Excellent time and organizational management skills and familiarity with modern practices and methodologies
- Experience navigating ambiguity with a self-starter mindset
- Knowledgeable in customer education/ training and guiding troubleshooting issues
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging from front-line engineer to internal and customer leadership
- Superior delivery and project management skills with the ability to have well-structure plans to drive customer timelines
- Ability to manage multiple engagements in parallel
- Experience with Project Management (e.g. Smartsheet, MS Project, Jira, etc.) and PSA (e.g. Certinia/Financial Force) tooling
