Job Description
The Clinic Manager is responsible for overseeing the operational aspects of the assigned clinic(s) to provide an optimal patient experience, delivering high-quality care, and controlling costs. The position requires leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to manage staff, patient relations, and clinic finances.
Requirements
- RN licensure required
- Dual license preferred in MO & KS
- Two years supervisory experience of a clinical setting
- Understanding of team nursing concept
- Knowledge of healthcare theory and practice
- Proficient in MS Office products and Electronic Medical Record systems
