Directeur/trice d’Unité d’Affaires (Business Unit)

Sword Group is looking for a business unit director to lead its Quebec subsidiary, with a focus on leading a team of 40 employees and representing the company commercially. The role involves setting up and following the annual budget, creating monthly performance reports, managing commercial aspects, and driving the strategy of the Business Unit.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role in the Montreal region or with account and team management responsibilities
• Rigorous, organized, and structured
• Good integration and communication skills
• Experience in team and project management
• Curious and interested in new technologies
• Very good level of French and English, bilingual environment and client base
