Job Description
We are looking for a Support N2 Consultant with solid skills on the Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365, and Microsoft Azure ecosystem to provide level 2 support, maintenance, and troubleshooting of computer equipment for our clients.
Requirements
- CFC in computer science/operator or equivalent training
- 5+ years of experience in advanced IT support on Windows, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Azure environments, as well as network infrastructure
- Native French speaker, able to communicate efficiently in German and/or English
