Job Description
Sword Health is a high-tech startup company that is shifting healthcare from human-first to AI-first through its AI Care platform. The Director of Consultant Relations is responsible for expanding Sword Health's influence and preference within the benefits consulting and brokerage community and converting that influence into measurable business outcomes.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience interfacing with major benefits consulting and/or brokerage firms
- Proven ability to build influential relationships that translate into business outcomes
- Strong business development skills, including prospecting, multi-threading relationships, and expanding presence across offices and stakeholder groups
