VP, Consultant Relations

Sword Health is a healthcare technology company that is shifting healthcare from human-first to AI-first through its AI Care platform. The company is looking for a VP of Consultant Relations to spearhead its global consultant and brokerage strategy, and lead the strategy and execution of Sword's global consultant relations and alliance initiatives.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in consultant relations, including 5+ years in a leadership role at a major benefits consulting or brokerage firm
• Proven track record of developing and executing alliance strategies that drive meaningful and measurable business outcomes
• Deep understanding of the employer, payor, and digital health market, with the ability to influence complex, multi-stakeholder buying decisions
• Exceptional executive-level communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives in fast-paced, data-driven environments
• Demonstrated history of exceeding alliance and partnership targets while balancing near-term impact with long-term strategic value
