Operations & Strategy Manager

Sword Health is shifting healthcare from human-first to AI-first through its AI Care platform, making world-class healthcare available anytime, anywhere. The company is looking for an Operations & Strategy Manager to lead the ClinOps tooling vision and roadmap, develop a high-performing team, and drive a tech-enabled operating model.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in Operations, Strategy, or Product within fast-paced, high-growth environments.
• Proven experience leading and developing teams, setting direction, prioritizing effectively, and driving consistent execution.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capability, with high fluency in Looker, SQL, and advanced spreadsheets.
• Demonstrated success improving processes, systems, or quality through technology, automation, or governance structures.
• Experience designing performance measurement frameworks, auditing models, or operational control mechanisms.
• Ability to translate operational pain points into structured requirements and influence Product and Engineering partners.
• Experience owning roadmaps that span multiple quarters, stakeholders, and dependencies.
• A systems-thinking mindset, understanding how workflows, data, incentives, and tools interact at scale.
• Strong organizational discipline with a hands-on, outcome-oriented approach.
• Clear, structured communicator able to influence technical and non-technical audiences.
• Curiosity and drive to experiment with AI and emerging technologies to unlock scale.
