Job Description
Sword Health is a healthcare company that is reimagining how care is delivered at scale. They are looking for a Revenue Operations Analyst to own pre-submission, submission and post-submission workflows of Sword's Revenue Cycle operations. The ideal candidate will have a background in healthcare and a foundational understanding of digital health finance operations.
Requirements
- At least 1.5 - 2 years of experience in a startup, or in management consulting
- Comfort with ambiguity
- Advanced Excel/Gsheet skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Experience working cross-functionally with different teams
- Efficient written and verbal communication skills
- Excitement to wear multiple 'hats' and problem solve effectively
- Undergraduate college degree
