Strategic Finance & FP&A - Senior Associate

Sword Health is a high-tech startup company that is shifting healthcare from human-first to AI-first through its AI Care platform. As a Strategic Finance & FP&A Senior Associate, you will play a key role in supporting strategic and operational decision-making across the organization. You will partner closely with cross-functional teams and senior leadership to deliver financial insights, support strategic initiatives, and enhance financial planning processes.

Requirements

• University degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in financial roles, preferably in Strategic Finance, FP&A, consulting, investment banking, or audit
• Strong financial modeling, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets and Google Slides
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
