Strategic Finance Senior Associate

Seen Health is hiring a Strategic Finance Associate / Senior Associate to support high-impact work across M&A / corporate development, capital raising (debt and equity), and FP&A. This role requires building and owning financial models, translating analysis into leadership recommendations, and partnering cross-functionally with external advisors.

Requirements

• 2 - 5 years of relevant experience in investment banking, corporate development, transaction advisory, private equity/VC, or strategic finance
• Direct, hands-on experience building financial models for M&A transactions and capital raising
• Advanced proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets and ability to produce executive-ready materials
• Healthcare experience is highly preferred
