Business Application Consultant

Sword Services Greece is an IT Services and Software Solutions provider company seeking a Business Application Consultant to drive critical projects and ensure rapid, precise delivery to global clients. The successful candidate will work in a multinational environment on tasks supporting business implementation and development of solutions for large EU and international institutions and private sector companies.

Requirements

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or other relevant fields.
• 2-6 years of experience in the field of Business Analysis or technical project management or roll-out of IT systems or testing of integrated systems.
• Experience with incident management and collaboration platforms (e.g. Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow).
• Solid skills in data retrieval, analysis, and reporting (e.g., SQL, pivot tables, dashboards).
• Practical experience in reviewing and analyzing technical and functional requirements, with a focus on providing client-oriented recommendations.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Excellent knowledge of English language, both written and oral.
