Job Description
Lead Mold Maker is responsible for running jobs start to finish, ensuring accuracy and consistency, and meeting goals and objectives. The role requires 8 years of experience in mold manufacturing, strong leadership and communication skills, and ability to work independently.
Requirements
- Certification or College Degree, or High School diploma and Equivalent Experience in Mold Manufacturing environment
- Eight (8) years of related experience building, leading and assembly of high cavitation, multi-action molds
- Ability to perform under pressure and work independently
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines as required
- Ability to ensure quality standards are met
- Strong attention to detail is required
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication and relationship building skills
- Proficient in time management and communication skills
