Mold Maker

The Mold Maker is responsible for all aspects of the mold building process, including building and fabricating mold components, fitting and assembling molds, and performing work-in-progress measuring or checking. The role requires strong leadership, interpersonal, communication and relationship building skills, as well as proficiency in time management and communication skills.

Requirements

• Certification or College Degree, or High School diploma and Equivalent Experience in Mold Manufacturing environment
• Eight (8) years of related experience building, leading and assembly of high cavitation, multi-action molds
• Ability to perform under pressure and work independently
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines as required
• Ability to ensure quality standards are met
• Strong attention to detail is required
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication and relationship building skills
• Proficient in time management and communication skills
