Job Description
Sylvamo is seeking a Manager Area Process Maintenance II - Ti - Maintenance PSD to provide leadership and maintenance support for the PS&D Business Unit. The successful candidate will foster an injury-free environment, drive out repetitive maintenance problems, and improve equipment reliability.
Requirements
- Bachelorās degree in engineering or equivalent work experience in a manufacturing environment
- Minimum three (3) years leadership experience in a manufacturing environment
- Experience in the pulp and paper industry is preferred
- Experience leading troubleshooting and maintenance activities in a manufacturing environment
- Detailed knowledge of industrial safety procedures and regulations
- Knowledge and experience in maintenance best practices
- Ability to track and measure performance utilizing standard methods/tools
- Ability to lead in a high-performance team environment and get work done through others
- Ability to collaborate with peers and work well with others
- Record of accomplishment of continuous improvement
- Strong computer skills including SAP and all Microsoft Office applications
