Job Description
We are looking for a Sr. Software Engineer to join our Technical and Operations team to support our Individual Life Insurance Division. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and developing system integrations and coding enhancements for our legacy mainframe application, CyberLife.
Requirements
- Participate in daily Agile/Kanban ceremonies
- Assess new requirements to provide high-level estimates
- Design and document system integrations and coding enhancements
- Develop secure, performant code following team best practices
- Execute unit testing and Support integration, acceptance and regression testing
- Coordinate the movement of code between our various technical environments
- Support resolution of critical production support issues
- Participate in design and code reviews
- Mentor team members as necessary providing subject matter expertise
- Building and maintaining APIs to expose real-time data
