Sr. Software Engineer I

We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Software Engineer I to join our team working on our new Stop Loss platform. As a Senior Software Engineer I, you'll be joining the team to help build the next generation of our Stop Loss platform. This is a hands-on engineering role where you will develop production-ready software, working from established architectural direction in a fast-evolving environment.

Requirements

• High School Diploma is required, plus a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
• 6–9 years of cumulative experience in software engineering, building production-ready applications
• Strong ability to implement scalable, high-quality solutions from established architectural direction
• Experience collaborating with architects, senior engineers, and cross-functional teams
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving (greenfield) environments
• Solid understanding of engineering best practices for building reliable, maintainable systems
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools to support coding, testing, debugging, and refactoring
• Highly coachable, curious, and proactive in asking thoughtful questions to learn and improve
