Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred)
- 10+ years of experience in software product management or business development, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Proven success in managing and growing competitive software product lines
- Strategic vision with strong business acumen
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal communication skills
- Expertise in software development methodologies and technologies
- Financial proficiency, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management
- Exceptional project management and multitasking abilities
