Job Description
Development Manager – Marketing Technology (MarTech) at Symple Lending. Lead a team of engineers to own and scale Marketing Technology stack and lead generation systems. Direct ownership over lead ingestion, attribution, and ad platform integrations.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on engineering background (Node.js, APIs, AWS)
- Experience working with MarTech / digital acquisition systems, Ad platform integrations and conversion APIs, Attribution and tracking systems
- Experience partnering closely with growth and performance marketing teams
- Prior experience leading or mentoring engineers
