Interim Senior Intraday / BESS Trader

We are seeking an experienced short-term power trader to join our 24/7 Trading Desk on an interim basis. The role involves hands-on trade execution and PnL management for our Nordic BESS portfolio, as well as contributing to the development of trading strategies, market analysis, and team capability.

Requirements

• Demonstrated recent experience (3+ years) trading intraday power markets in Europe.
• Strong understanding of short-term power market microstructure, order book dynamics, and price formation.
• Proven track record of profitable trade execution with clear PnL accountability.
• Solid grasp of risk management principles and disciplined position management.
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, 24/7 trading environment.
• Strong communicator who can articulate market views and trading rationale clearly.
