Chargé de projets SIRH et performance opérationnelle RH F/H/X

At Symrise, we are a global supplier of fragrances and flavors, cosmetic active ingredients, and functional ingredients. We are seeking a Project Manager SIRH and HR Operational Performance to join our Human Resources Operations Direction in France. Your mission will be to move our tools, processes, and HR performance forward on a daily basis, focusing on the deployment and improvement of our SIRH Group, Workday, and associated tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources
• At least 5 years of experience in HR project management, GTA, payroll, or HR Operations/HR Transformation
• Comfortable with HR technologies, particularly Workday, and experience with automation, data, or project management topics
