We are looking for a Support and Operations Engineer to manage, monitor, and optimize our SaaS environments and act as a point of contact for our customers when problems arise.
Requirements
- Managing, monitoring, and optimizing SaaS environments
- Prioritizing, analyzing, and troubleshooting issues in customer environments
- Working with product development and infrastructure team to improve IT operations processes
- Supporting customers with operation and configuration questions
- Taking on-call shifts for customer support
- Documenting systems and configurations
