Job Description
We are looking for a Support and Operations Engineer to support us in managing, monitoring and optimizing our SaaS environments and act as a point of contact for our customers when problems arise.
Requirements
- Manage, monitor, and optimize SaaS environments
- Troubleshoot issues within defined response and resolution times
- Coordinate changes and improve the support function
- Document systems and configurations
- Support customers with questions regarding operation and configuration of our software
- Work closely with product development and infrastructure team to ensure smooth operations
- Degree or specialized training in computer science or equivalent
- Basic IT skills in Linux, networking, and understanding of REST API interfaces
- Experience working with YAML files, Kubernetes environments, and dashboards analysis tools
- Experience in logs analysis with observability platforms
