8+ years of experience in advanced data roles, deep understanding of healthcare data ecosystems, expert-level SQL proficiency
Cognitive Nurse Practitioner (Telehealth)
2+ years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner in geriatrics, neurology, internal medicine, or primary care, Master's degree in Nursing, and national NP certification
Cognitive Care Neurologist (Telehealth)
MD or DO from an accredited institution, 3+ years of clinical experience managing patients with memory or cognitive disorders, and proficiency in telemedicine platforms and digital tools
Certified Medical Assistant
Active Medical Assistant Certification, 2+ years of experience, knowledge of HIPAA regulations, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency with EHR systems
Care Team Intake Specialist
HS Diploma or equivalent. Knowledge of healthcare operations and medical records. Experience with EHRs and communication is a plus
Counseling Therapist (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or LMHC)
Master's degree in mental health, clinical experience, and experience with telehealth platforms
Neurologist - Cognitive Care (Contract & Telehealth)
