Patient Engagement Specialist

Synapticure is the largest, most comprehensive specialty care clinic in the country for those living with neurodegenerative diseases. We require determined, compassionate team members who are eager to engage patients who would benefit from Synapticure’s care. As an Outreach Specialist, you will locate and connect with patients who would benefit from Synapticure’s care model, and engage with them around their needs.

Requirements

• 0-2 years of customer service or sales experience with a successful track record
• Passion for working within the community
• Dynamic interpersonal skills
• Metrics-driven approach to work
• Comfortable with high-volume outbound calls
• Independent self-starter
