Counseling Therapist (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or LMHC)

Synapticure is seeking an experienced and compassionate Licensed Psychotherapist to join our growing multidisciplinary dementia care team. The role involves conducting mental health evaluations and delivering counseling therapy services to patients, families, and caregivers via telehealth.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in a mental health–related field
• Active clinical license in LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or LMHC
• 2 years of direct clinical experience providing psychotherapy to adults or families
• Experience with telehealth platforms and electronic health record documentation
