Job Description
Synechron is hiring a Technical Recruiter to play a vital role in attracting, engaging, and managing the full recruitment lifecycle of IT professionals. The successful candidate will have experience as a technical recruiter or headhunter, with at least 2 years of experience in the IT industry, and strong understanding of IT roles, technical skills, and industry terminology.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a technical recruiter or headhunter
- Strong understanding of IT roles, technical skills, and industry terminology
- Experience in defining, implementing, and improving recruitment processes
- Proficiency in ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and other sourcing tools
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Creative and proactive thinker, adaptable to changing priorities
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
