CPPA Director

Synera Renewable Energy is seeking a CPPA Director to lead the origination, structuring and execution of corporate power purchase agreements (“CPPAs”) across SRE's project portfolio.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in energy offtake, power trading, project finance or renewable energy development
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Law, Engineering or related discipline; MBA, LLM or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred
• Deep understanding of CPPA structures (physical and synthetic/financial), market design, grid regulation and offtake risk management in Taiwan
• Demonstrated ability to lead commercial negotiations and manage multi-party transaction processes to financial close
• Excellent communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills; ability to represent SRE at senior levels with corporates, lenders and regulators
• Strong financial modelling and analytical skills; ability to evaluate CPPA economics within project finance and investment return frameworks
