Job Description
SynergyECP is seeking an IT Field Support Specialist to support end-users by providing Tier 2 and Tier 3 onsite and remote support for computer workstations, servers, and teleconferencing equipment. The role involves site surveys, configuration assessments, hardware installations, troubleshooting, training, and ongoing maintenance.
Requirements
- High school/GED and a minimum of five (5) years of experience.
- Equivalent education and experience: Associate’s degree and two (2) years of experience.
- Highly skilled in installing, repairing and troubleshooting computer hardware and peripherals.
- Expertise in Windows, software, applications, antivirus and patches.
- Demonstrated ability to read and understand technical manuals and schematics.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access).
