Job Description
Synergy Business Innovation & Solutions is seeking a dynamic Business Development Director to drive growth efforts focused on defense and local civilian agencies. This role involves developing relationships with customers and partners, identifying opportunities, and executing marketing strategies. Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant BD experiences to include meaningful DoD expertise.
- Demonstrated experiences in bringing delivering technology solutions to Federal Government
- Track record of success in leading and winning contracts >$50M
- Ability to identify, establish and use important customer relationships
- Experience leading opportunity captures including developing overall win strategy
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business-related discipline.
