Job Description
Syngene International is seeking an Associate Director - IT to manage the company's IT operations at the Syngene Bayview facility, overseeing IT infrastructure, team leadership, and regulatory compliance.
Requirements
- Manage and maintain IT infrastructure
- Oversee design, implementation, and maintenance of local area networks, wide area networks, virtual private networks, and wireless network infrastructure
- Ensure security and integrity of the network
- Lead and mentor the local IT team
- Collaborate with other departments to deliver IT solutions
- Manage procurement of software and hardware assets
- Plan and execute IT projects
- Develop, implement, and enforce IT policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and cybersecurity standards
- Provide expert-level support and troubleshooting for critical IT issues
