Requirements

• 8+ years of hands-on experience in digital ASIC design and development
• 3+ years of experience managing or mentoring engineers in a related field
• Expertise in Verilog, digital verification, and synthesis methodologies
• Familiarity with place & routing and Synopsys tools such as VCS, Formality, and CustomCompiler
• Strong understanding of NVM controller architectures and advanced technology nodes
• Ability to troubleshoot and optimize digital systems for testability and performance
