We are seeking a Director of Total Rewards EMEA to lead our total rewards team in the EMEA region. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing impactful total rewards programs, overseeing employee benefits, and collaborating with stakeholders to align total rewards strategies with business goals.

Requirements

• Deep understanding of EMEA labor markets, cultural nuances, and regulatory requirements
